Toyota New Car Delivery Solution
Toyota has launched a new program named the Fantastic New Car Delivery Solution as part of its customer-centric approach. This initiative will be carried out by TKM's authorized dealers as an integral component of their sales procedure. The brand has introduced Phase I of this program, which will provide customers from 26 states and 130 dealerships with an enhanced car-buying experience at Toyota dealerships.
This initiative aims to enhance vehicle logistics services by eliminating the need for dealer staff to drive new cars to delivery locations. As an industry first, this initiative enables Toyota dealers to transport new vehicles from stockyards to sales outlets using flatbed trucks. This ensures that new vehicles reach dealerships' final delivery points without being driven on roads, even in rural and semi-urban areas where last-mile logistics can be challenging.
The key features of this new initiative include the safe transportation of the vehicle to all delivery points using flatbed carriers with transit insurance. Customers won't incur any extra charges for the delivery.
