Hero Glamour X Detailed Review
- It seems the Glamour has spent plenty of time at the gym to earn the ‘X’ moniker, sporting a more muscular stance, sharper design, and strong character lines that set it apart from the standard model. The signature ‘H’-shaped LED lighting adds a futuristic touch, while the extended tank shrouds give this otherwise commuter-friendly bike a sporty edge.
- Speaking of key details, the Glamour X sports an unusually large visor - almost like the bike is wearing an oversized hat. Surprisingly, this isn’t an accessory but a standard design element, giving the motorcycle impressive road presence while also aiding its aerodynamic performance.
- Not skipping away from its primary goal, the Glamour X features a wide seat and Hero says the end portion of it is larger by 10%, so the pillion will experience an even better seating experience.
- The Glamour X will also be offered with five different paint options; Black Pearl Red, Black Teal Blue, Metallic Nexus Blue, Candy Blazing Red, and Matt Metallic Silver.
- Lastly, the rear profile features the familiar H-shaped LED tail-light along with LED turn signals. This lighting setup is striking and enhances the bike’s overall appeal.

- Hero retains the same 124.7 cc air-cooled engine, producing 11.4 BHP and 10.5 Nm of torque. The motor has been re-tuned and now delivers performance on par with the Hero Xtreme 125R.
- This bike comes equipped with AERA (Advanced Electronic Ride Assist) featuring Ride-by-Wire technology, making it the first in its segment to offer this feature.
- Hero claims the engine delivers strong low-end torque and smooth power delivery across the rev range, resulting in excellent NVH levels.
- Moreover, the exhaust note now has a deeper, bassier tone, giving the bike a more robust sound and adding to its versatility as a 125 cc motorcycle.
- The bike rides on 80/100-18 tubeless tyres at both ends. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear.
- Lastly, it boasts a claimed fuel efficiency of 65 km/l.

- Hero has packed Glamour X with features from top to bottom. First of all it features an all LED setup. So, headlamps, blinkers and tail-light are all LED.
- Another cool feature here is the Cruise control, which surprisingly, is not even seen in Hero's most expensive bikes. The highway commutes will become more fun and relaxing with it.
- The bike features a 4.21-inch MID with over 60 functions, Bluetooth connectivity, and an adaptive display. Key highlights include a gear-position indicator, turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, a USB-C charging port, and a panic-braking alert. Borrowed from the Karizma XMR 210, this screen also offers brightness adjustability via an ambient light sensor.
- Lastly, the Glamour X offers three ride modes - Eco, Road, and Power - further showcasing its versatility and segment-leading intent.
