Inspired by the RC8, the RC125 carries the similar design but has been toned down in terms of aggressiveness. A single-pod headlight cluster set-up with integrated LED indicators, curvy fuel tank and slimmer pillion seat gives the RC125 a unique design approach. The bike has been improved from the older version and is better in terms of aerodynamics as well.

The RC125 gets LCD instrument cluster that is also seen on the KTM 250 Adventure, LED daytime running lights, stepped seat, low oil indicator, low fuel indicator, pillion seat, pillion grabrail, electric start, shift light, LED taillight, pass light and more. Overall, KTM RC125 offers decent equipment, however, it could do better in providing more features that are offered in bikes costing less than this.
Summary
While it packs decent features on the go, LED projector headlight, USB connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity and more such features could have enhanced the user experience.
KTM RC125 is powered by a 124.7 cc, single-cylinder, liquid cooled DOHC engine with fuel injection system. It generates as much as 14.3 bhp of power at 9250 RPM with a peak torque of 12 Nm at 8000 RPM. It gets mated to a six-speed manual transmission with gear-shifting pattern 1 down and 5 up. It gets a fuel tank capacity of 13.7 litres and expect a real-world mileage between 30-35 kmpl from this bike.

Even though it is a 124.7cc engine, it provides enough grunt in the budget.
At the front, it gets WP APEX USD forks and the rear is handled by WP APEX monoshock. This bike gets disc brakes as standard on both tyres and a switchable ABS.
