Worst showroom, arrogant people, once they take money they will start showing attitude, before they are ready to come to your home twice to get money in a day. In the showroom, if you have paid money, they will not even give water to you. They will say like we are giving you a car, that is more than enough as if they are giving you free. If you don’t take insurance, they will treat you worse. Please honda cut off your ties with this showroom, service and the way these people talk is pathetic . Anyways let me tell something good too, the employees helped us to get the work done and handled everything. The thing is that when you pay 20lacs, you will expect something ,these people doesn’t give you a single penny off, they will not deliver your car at door, you need to pay extra. So customer satisfaction is the area they lack

This is a review of BRV V CVT's 4th, 5th and 6th year paid service. Satisfactory Customer service. Service Advisors are pro active and taken care of the problems which I haven't noticed. This make me a proud member of Honda family. This year Mr Bharath did an excellent job, vehicle performance has been improved a lot after the service.

I went here on a Sunday to check out a Honda Amaze. They were understaffed that day and the place looked like a ghost town so i expected certain delay in the response but i was made to wait for almost half an hour nobody came to offer a test drive. Finally one executive took us for a test drive. I requested for a call back from them to check for the availability of a specific model. They thought I was not a serious buyer I guess, since I did not get any response and ended up buying from Magnum Honda at mekhri circle. They really need to follow up better.

Serviced my Brio here and it was possibly the worst showroom to get your vehicle serviced. Better give it to a local service centre not here. Customer manager is keen only in selling unecessary stuffs than doing the actual service.

I met with an accident some weeks back and the same day I took my Vehicle to Brigade Honda Yelahanka. The CAM Lady was very polite and guided me well to the Service Manager Mr. Kishore Reddy. Mr. Kishore was very professional and attended the entire scenario very cooperatively. He also helped me with my Insurance claim settlement and kept me updated in all the phase of repair by Sharing live photos of the vehicle. The Body Shop people did fantastic job and restored my Vehicle to New. Overall its worth the wait of 20 days. 5 out 5 stars to Brigade Honda. Looking forward to seek more such fantastic services from them.
