    This 1 Star is also because this is a Honda Showroom. Other than being Honda rest all things are Poor here. Sales team is Pathetic, they are non Responsive and would force you to go to other Brands. Beware before giving Booking amount as they would be Reluctant to Refund in case of Cancellation. We are struggling to get our Booking amount even after 2 months of Cancellation. Also be Ready to Long Waiting times if you go from this Showroom.

    I have been to 3-4 Honda service centers, both in Kerala and Karnataka, but of all the Honda service centres I have been to , my experience has been the worst here : 1. As mentioned by other reviewers , the don’t have a proper lounge for customers 2. Many times when I have called for service or repairs , their receptionist says that they will call back , but they don’t . 3. The service quality is really poor 4. Whenever I have brought my car to their service centre for repairs , I have had to wait for more than half an hour at times before someone even comes and looks at my car . 5. Somehow for this particular centre even after the completion of the service , no one calls back for rating or asking about feedback. There are many other things I would like to nitpick , but I don’t think it would matter much to Honda so it’s better I conclude by saying that this is perhaps the worst service centre in Bangalore.

    I would give 2 star less, 1 for the time taken was a bit late- weeks, (availability of parts were made from Noida ) 1 for the initial work was not as expected for colour and painting, the sand particles were still visible on the surface . ideally the surface should be full nice on initial repaint itself and no post work should be required with rubbing compound. [ that's why people take it to Honda body shop] Though service guys were helpful to hear feedback and correct it.

    I was extremely disappointed with the service of my Honda City vehicle. They charged me Rs.41,000/- for the replacement of break pads and break related work plus general car service... The sevice was done and the Service Manager handed over the car to me saying "Everything is Perfect". I came out of Whitefield Honda Service Station drove about 5 kms to experience the shock of my life...I had a break failure, engine and front wheel heating problem plus my second and third gear wasn't working. They had not done the new break pad fixing and other related work correctly. They don't have experienced technicians and the latest equipment in their facility. Everything looks out dated and old in the service station. All their experienced technicians have moved on to other facilities. I thank God for keeping me safe during this technical negligence done by Whitefield Honda. It's purely a carefree behavior from the Honda Service Station and the Service Manager ( I don't want to name him ). I am in complete shock.
