I went to this place for servicing my Honda City car. Clean lounge, nicely received and service area also maintained as clean. Waited in their lounge for getting my car during which they served coffee, drinking water multiple times. My vehicle handed over at the promised time and service cost also as per estimated price. Over all experience is great. This service centre located approximately opposite to Nagole RTO office.

Excellent service from Green Honda all departments sales , quality, insurance teams, car exchange , Delivery. Explained features of Honda Elevate from day 1 , being very flexible and making customer comfortable with test drive. They helped us by old car evaluation , exchange it was very smooth . For new car very good in terms of flexible payment , handing over docs , choice of extra fittings etc . I would say complete flexibility at same time educating customer with pros and cons of each , I will suggest this green Honda show room for your purchase .

Recently I went to the service center for my Honda Brio car dicky shocker replacement. Due to poor inspection and irresponsible while checking the vehicle they order unnecessary accessories along with required dicky shocks which costed me more than actual part cost. When I requested them to return those accessories which are not required and not to charges those in my bill but they said it is not possible. Really very bad experience. Why the customer has to pay for the staff's mistake or irresponsibility? I expected that the management may come back to me after giving the feedback through provided link after the service but no response yet.

Took the delivery of my Amaze delivery from this showroom. The delivery was in couple of days & no delay. The service staff are very welcoming. Got pleasant experience from the sales consultant Hari Krishna, He explained various features & helped us by giving good suggestions regarding the vehicle choice. Very polite & understood our requirement. Helped us to get back to back multiple test drives on on a Sunday afternoon, on different transmissions of Amaze & Elevate . Overall, a great experience and importantly my mother & were very happy with the service provided & the delivery process of the vehicle. Hope to have a similar experience with the service centre, as it was attached to the showroom.

Service advisor lies when asked question about the final invoice when it clearly shows tire rotation was part of the 40k and shows paid for in the sheet. He stated that i need not worry as i have not paid for it when the invoice shows i paid for it as part of the 40k servicing amount paid. Called the customer a liar. Took a heated argument and several managers on the floor to come in and accept the mistake service advisor did and asked them to deduct the amount for it. Please be beware and cautious when you take your vehicle here for service and do question the amounts paid for what shows up on the final invoice. They even have no feedback or complaint register which surprises me. I will not prefer this showroom for my vehicle servicing the next time.
