They will do their job well enough. Have to be careful about any damages to your fittings like Dashcam. You must say NO to a lot of things they try to keep adding to your service bill. Stick to the minimum required per your car manual

The Sales and Loan team is so lethargic and lack commitment of service and close a sale properly even when the business is sure shot. I had booked a car paid advance and submitted all relevant documents for processing a car loan and the Loans team is so lethargic that they do not even look at the contents of the documents and read them completely and they have decided and declared that I am not eligible for a Loan. Hence, I had to cancel booking from this dealer. Not sure if I want to deal with an organization filled with such unprofessional people.

Bought car from here and come for regular servicing. Very good service and staff. Just need to take care that they don't sneak in extras during servicing. E.g. air filters ask them to check and replace only if needed, else they will add for replacement. Simple parts lie windshield wiper they charge 1300 while you can get something like Rainex in Same or lesser price based on deals.

I had extremely bad experience with the service center. My new honda WRV’s navigation system was not working properly and I went to this service center. One of the technician assured me that he registered a case with honda and it is software bug. He would call in few days to fix it. He has said the same thing for over 3 months now. I directly contacted honda and found out that there is no case registered against my vehicle. Even after honda team contacted them, they have not followed up with me. When I call the technician, he says I will call you in few hours and hangs up every time.

I appreciate Anwar service manager/service in-charge for doing my work in priority and perfectly. Staff members are so helpful. Gives best suggestions to well-experienced technicians. Hygiene washroom with we'll maintenance.. Over all good experience.
