Dealer Review From Customer
- ADAnvith DevulapallyToday1Pathetic staff. Highly unprofessional. Fighting among themselves and blaming each other for not attending to customers. Visited to order a spare for my car and they took 2 hours to simply place the order, leave alone delivering/fitting it. I tried to call the manager mentioned on the escalation matrix, but no one would answer.ReplyRead more
- kckaushik chandrashekarToday1I gave my car to service on pride Honda Miyapur. My car has never had a problem to start. The car advisor Akshay suggested that battery is fine until now, but you can replace it once you feel car is starting late. Within 15 minutes he calls back and says battery is completely dead after car wash. This was shocking to hear since I never had a problem. Tried to escalate this issue and suspect that they’re overcharging me for a service by complaining and random issues which I never faced earlier. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Even today morning car started well, after it went to service center I fail to understand that battery suddenly dies.ReplyRead more
- PDPawan DToday2Let me begin by commenting on people at Pride Honda, they are very nice and curious. There is a content treatment every time I visit whether it is with an appointment or not. Full marks here! There are a few aspects that require a bit of work! - People calling repeatedly for service despite indicating not to. Multiple calls in a day is literally irritating - Inconsistency in charges, you never know how much the bill is going to be, I get surprised every single time. - Post service support is very bad, they ask for 10/10 but the moment you have a complaint, you're off the radar, your complaint never gets picked up. - I suspect Pride Honda is into milking the existing customer base due to their monopoly in the west of Hyderabad. (You don't have an option other than Pride Honda)ReplyRead more
- vsvidya sagarToday1I recently had a dreadful experience at this service center and feel compelled to share my frustration. The staff at this establishment showed a complete lack of concern for their customers and prioritized profit over providing satisfactory service. I encountered several issues that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, I brought my car in because I noticed a strange sound coming from the rear side when driving in first gear. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception informed me that all the mechanics were busy and I would have to wait for 30 minutes. Patiently, I waited, but when the time elapsed, I approached her again for an update. To my dismay, she asked me to wait an additional 30 minutes without providing any valid reason for the delay. Growing increasingly frustrated, I insisted on knowing if they could attend to my car or not, given that I had already been waiting for more than the promised time. At this point, a service adviser was summoned, seemingly without any knowledge of my issue, and promptly stated that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time was truly disappointing. To compound matters, when the mechanic was finally called over, he merely suggested lifting the car to investigate the problem. Astonishingly, the service adviser informed me that they would charge a hefty fee of 700 for this simple diagnostic step alone. It seemed absurd to me that lifting the car to identify the issue would warrant such an exorbitant cost. Furthermore, I have had prior experiences with this service center where they demonstrated a lack of attention to detail. On a previous occasion, they only filled the engine oil up to the halfway point between the lower and upper limits, despite the requirement of three liters. Unfortunately, my complaint regarding the inconsistent service fell on deaf ears as no one from the showroom bothered to respond. Recently I decided to give car at different Honda service center, they filled the oil close to the upper limit, which was more appropriate. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this service center. Their negligent and profit-driven approach to customer service is deeply disappointing. From extended wait times to exorbitant charges for simple procedures, it is evident that they prioritize their own financial gain over ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, their disregard for addressing complaints only further highlights their lack of professionalism. Spare yourself the frustration and seek a service center that genuinely values its customers and their vehicles.ReplyRead more
- MYMahendar YedlaToday2The quality of service here depends on age of your car. The older the car the less care they take during serving. I have a 7 year old car and i was giving my car service here from day 1 of my new car. Initially it was as good now it is a pathetic service. Last two services are bad. When the first service was bad, i still believed in them which turned out the second service as very bad. The breakpads went down after the second day of service. Management is also terrible similar to service engineers. I do not recommend this service Center for little old honda carsReplyRead more
