I would like to put on record that I am getting excellent & timely service from your works shop. My vehicle is never gone to some other works for repair. Whenever I call for servicing, I get the appointment of same & also get car delivery on same day. Mr. Aadil & staff are always giving good service with quality work. Horrible service, We have taken Honda city on 12.01.2024, and Requested 02 days before to deliver the vehicle on 12.01.2024 at 3.00 PM, We have reached the showroom on12.01.2024 at 2 PM, No one has entertained us during vehicle delivery, After getting serious, they have come and delivered the vehicle, but the documents were ready by 6.00 PM. We have to wait till 6 PM. total 4 hours for delivery. They have chased us for 5 star rating for the feedback, As it is normal, provided them with 5 Star rating as per their request. After repeated followup they have provided Honda connect app on 22.01.2024. Today called for help in registering the vehicle, they informed that they will not have any agent and registration has to done by ourselves. Hope they will change after seeing such a review.

Took my Honda city( purchased on Dec 2022) to repair a minor dent on left side of bumper. They were insisting to change the whole bumper with insurance claim for a cost of 14000/-. I was told that vehicle has to be kept in work shop for 4-5 days for the entire process of insurance approval, repair and settlement of bill. Why do you need the car for 4-5 days for a minor work? Why can’t you make the entire process quicker? Why do you need to replace the entire bumper for a minor dent ? I got the dent repaired and painted outside in just one hour spending 2000/- and looks exactly like the new vehicle. Moreover the executives are not at all cooperative. My experience in previous servicing in June was also unpleasant. The cleaning was very poor, have to follow up for 2 weeks to get it redone. Having shifted to Honda after being a customer of Hyundai for 15 years , the overall experience so far has not been great.

My vehicle no is AP16DM1211. I am a regular visitor and their service is meticulous, reliable and reasonable. Actually I wanted to change my car. But because of this wonderful service I am still sticking to my old car. It's money's worth.

I was referred to this showroom by my neighbour and my Brother-in-law brought Honda Amaze car at this dealership. Being the high capacity service center and the biggest showroom in Hyderabad. I was welcomed warmly by the staff, it was a great purchase experience overall.
