The bicycle is equipped with an Alpha Silver Aluminium frame that has internally routed cables and a chainstay disc-brake mount. The frame of the bicycle is extremely durable and is robust in all senses. The bike comes fitted with an SR Suntour XCT 30, coil spring, preload, hydraulic lockout suspension setup that offers a 42 mm offset for a 27.5" wheel. It has a 100 mm QR and comes with 100 mm travel. As for the crank, the Marlin 5 gets a Shimano M315, 36/22 crank with 170 mm length.
