The next-gen MG Hector introduces a fresh design twist with the Argyle-inspired diamond mesh grille. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Scottish Argyle pattern, often seen in textiles and architecture, MG has crafted a grille that's truly unique. It's adorned with small diamond-shaped openings arranged in an eye-catching pattern, setting the Hector apart in style.

One of the stand-out features in the next-gen MG Hector is its Connected Blade Tail Lamps, a segment-first innovation. These LED taillights are seamlessly connected by a sleek strip of light running across the tailgate. The taillights themselves are sharply angular, adding to the car's distinct charm.

MG has really upped the game with India's largest 14-inch HD Portrait Infotainment System. This cutting-edge tech promises an immersive in-car entertainment experience. It boasts a high-resolution display, a snappy processor, and various input options like touch, voice, and steering wheel controls. Plus, it offers a wide array of apps and entertainment, from music to movies and games.

Safety takes centre stage with the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), which offers 11 Autonomous Level 2 features. This includes Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Intelligent Headlamp Control (IHC), Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), and Forward Collision Warning (FCW). These features are like an extra pair of vigilant eyes on the road, ensuring your safety at every twist and turn.

The Alcazar is the first in the segment to offer this feature. Rear passengers can charge their compatible smartphones without carrying a charging cable.

Both the front seats of the Alcazar get power function for adjusting the seat in as many as eight different ways, including height, recline and reach.

The Alcazar offers Level 2 ADAS with 19 Hyundai SmartSense™ features. Some of these include Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control etc.

The alloy wheels of the Alcazar have gotten an update as well. These 18-inch wheels look good and fill the wheel arches pretty well.

The Mahindra Thar Roxx comes with a front row seat ventilation that keeps you cool white you take on the challenges on the road ahead.

Level-2 ADAS makes its way to the Mahindra Thar Roxx along with its 2 extra doors when compared to the previous 3-door variant including autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and more to a total of 10 ADAS features

A big SUV needs more awareness while maneuvering and the Thar Roxx eases this out with a 360-degree camera that projects a surround view onto the infotainment screen for a safer passage.

Thar finally gets a panoramic sunroof in its higher trims and while its massive in size, it adds to the roominess inside the cabin, going perfectly with its light interiors.

Gurkha now comes with a fully-digital instrument console that displays essential drive related statistics including modes, tyre pressure, speed, distance travelled, and more.

The 9-inch touchscreen on the Gurkha offers all the multimedia features with in-built Android Auto/ Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The TPMS makes sure that the tyre pressure on each wheel is displayed on the fully-digital instrument cluster keeping the driver aware of any mismatch.

The Grukha increases convenience by offering all 4 windows with powered controls housed centrally in the cabinl area.

Hyundai Creta N-Line takes the safety suit up by a notch with the offering of ADAS (Advanced Driver’s Assistance System) on board.

Offering increased comfort are the front-row ventilated seats ensuring enhanced convenience 

The updated SUV continues to offer a Panoramic sunroof that is also voice-activated.

The driver's seat comes with an 8-way electrical adjustment for added convenience.

The Mahindra Scorpio N comes equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system powered by Mahindra's AdrenoX OS, offering over 70 connected car features along with built-in Alexa support. It also boasts compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, inbuilt navigation, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, voice control, and various other essential features to enhance your driving experience.

In the Mahindra Scorpio N, you'll find a semi-digital instrument cluster featuring a 7-inch colour TFT display. This display provides a wealth of information, including speedometer readings, tachometer data, fuel and temperature gauges, trip details, average speed, fuel efficiency stats, a digital clock, and more. Additionally, it's equipped with steering remote controls for audio and cruise functions.

Enhancing ride quality and handling in the Mahindra Scorpio N is Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD) and MTV-CL technology. FDD employs varying damping rates based on input frequency, providing a smoother ride. MTV-CL, which stands for Multi-Tuned Valve Central Land, utilizes multiple valve layers to control oil flow, ensuring heightened responsiveness to changing road surfaces.

Mahindra XUV700 takes the safety suit up by a notch with the offering of ADAS (Advanced Driver’s Assistance System) on board.

Offering increased comfort are the front-row ventilated seats ensuring increased convenience.

The XUV700 comes with a 360-degree camera for a complete surround view of the vehicle for easy and safe maneuvering. 

The touchscreen infotainment screen offers plenty of real estate with its 10.25-inch size and numerous functionalities.

The 2023 Tata Harrier now features connected LED daytime running lights (DRLs) at the front, which also incorporate sequential turn indicators. These LED DRLs also come with welcome and goodbye animations.

The Harrier is now equipped with a vertically arranged headlamp unit, featuring LED projector headlamps for improved illumination. Additionally, it also gets LED fog lamps below the main headlamp.

A significant interior upgrade includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, sourced from Harman. This infotainment system now offers support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The 2023 Tata Harrier is equipped with 11 Advanced Driver Assistance Features (ADAS) to enhance safety for the driver, passengers, and pedestrians. Additionally, it comes with a 360-degree camera system.

MG has designed the Hector Plus SUV to compete with its rivals offering more space at this price point. Despite extra seats included inside the cabin, the Hector Plus remains the same design-wise mostly. The front has been reworked to make it stand apart from the standard Hector SUV. The MG Hector Plus has chrome finished front gills which hide the radiator providing a glossy finish. There is an MG logo at the center. In addition to this, the door handles and the window beltline gets a chrome finish. However, the glossiness of the car gets exemplified in the sunlight which may not be favored by people who prefer a matte finish. The MG Hector Plus gets LED headlights, LED DRLs as well as floating LED indicator lights which work well even in foggy conditions. The fog lamps and skid plates are placed in the front and rear ends of the SUV. On the roof rails, there is an antenna shaped like a shark fin. The side body of the car has a cladding finish. The dual-tone Alloy Machined wheels and the rear spoiler add to the sporty design of the car. A first-time buyer may be impressed with the design of the MG Hector Plus but people who are familiar with MG Motors might find the design slightly monotonous.&nbsp;

The exterior of the MG Hector Plus is sporty and glossy but feels like a tweaked MG Hector rather than an upgraded new model. 

MG is known for providing some of the best quality interiors and features. The MG Hector Plus is no different and hence the cabin ambiance is strikingly beautiful. The MG Hector Plus has smoked sepia-finish brown leather seats. The cushioning of these seats is not very soft. The dashboard has a 17.78 cm coloured touchscreen digital display with many features. There is provision for 8 different ambient lighting options from a raging red to a calm blue. The only problem is that these colourful lights shorten the battery of the MG Hector Plus. The doors have an armrest style finish with the front doors having an IP insert. The steering wheel clad in leather is a little stressful on the wrists when tackling U-turns or close cuts. There is also an automated AC feature, a panoramic sunroof, a glove box, a sunglass holder along a 12 V power outlet. The tailgate is automatic and opens with just a foot action under the car. The third row has comfort options with separate fan control AC vents. The front seats are power-adjustable in four different directions optimal for long drives.&nbsp;

The interior is elegant-looking but the new nuanced features may not prove to be functional.

The MG Hector Plus offers two different engines. The Diesel and the Petrol engines, both are equipped with the power to speed through the roads in any setting comfortably. The Diesel engine is 1956 cc whereas the Petrol engine is 1451 cc. Both these engines are available in Manual as well as automatic transmission. The maximum power of the MG Hector Plus is 167.67 bhp@3750rpm. The maximum torque is 350nm@1750-2500rpm. The mileage differs from variant to variant. One drawback is the horn of the SUV. It is placed a little further away from the norm hindering one-hand driving. With frequent use, the driver may grow used to the awkward horn placement. The MG Hector Plus offers a great balance between power, performance, and fuel economy. The overall response from the engine helps move the Hector Plus easily on the steep inclines even with full occupancy and luggage load. The diesel engine remains one of the special qualities of the MG Hector Plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The MG Hector Plus has a performance suited for Indian roads.

The MG Hector Plus has a telescopic and tilt-adjustable steering wheel while the wheels are made up of alloy. The SUV comes with a cruise control mode suited for long drives. The MG Hector Plus has a McPherson Strut Front suspension with a stabilizer bar. The rear suspension is a semi-independent helical spring torsion beam. The rear and front brakes are of the disc type. The SUV can easily tackle potholes. The engine of the MG Hector Plus begins to sputter while driving on flooded roads very easily. The short revving range makes the traffic jams hard to tackle comfortably. The low-speed ride quality of the MG Hector Plus is very subtle and comfortable altogether. The MG Hector Plus offers a light steering wheel which makes it easy-to-maneuver inside the city traffic despite of its big size.&nbsp;

The MG Hector offers good suspension and a tractable motor. 

MG Hector Plus is a strong SUV overall. The build quality of the Hector Plus is rugged and the setup of the chassis feels solid as well as long lasting. The MG Hector Plus is built with all the required safety measures. There is 360-degree camera vision, a built-in Electronic Stability Program, an electric parking brake, and parking sensors. The OVRMs are heated and the rear window has a built-in defogger. There is a hill-hold system for driving on sloppy terrain, and a speed-sensing auto door lock. The MG Hector Plus also has ISOFIX child seat anchors. Both tires come with disc brakes and have ABS, EBD and Brake assist. There is a Traction Control System also built into the system.
