Revolt Motors RV BlazeX Detailed Review
-
The RV BlazeX comes with a similar design language compared to the RV1 and the RV1+, featuring the same commuter design mixed with modern bits thrown in here and there, along with sharp tank extensions and dual-tone paint schemes, in order to add some flair and drama to the design.
-
The design of the BlazeX resembles that of the other Revolt RV models, but it also features some unique differences. Customers can select from optional accessories such as a small windscreen, wheel stickers, crash guard, and more to enhance the motorcycle's appearance.
RV BlazeX body specifications:
| Ground Clearance | 180 mm |

-
The RV BlazeX comes with a 3.24kWh battery pack, which is the largest in the RV1 lineup. It comes with a claimed range of 150km on a single charge, and it can be charged from 0-80% in a claimed time of 3.3 hours. As for performance, the electric motor here produces a peak output of 4.1 kW and 45 Nm, while the torque at the wheel is 180 Nm. It goes up to a claimed top speed of 85 kmph.
-
The BlazeX provides decent performance for daily commuting. Performance varies in each mode: Eco mode aims to extract the highest possible range, but it sacrifices performance and top speed. City mode is suitable for everyday driving, offering a balanced performance and range. However, if you seek maximum performance and are willing to compromise on range, Sports mode will satisfy you with peak power output.
-
In terms of features, the RV BlazeX comes equipped with a 6-inch LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, geo-fencing, rider analytics, OTA updates, three ride modes, regen braking, and a reverse mode as well.
-
The BlazeX is quite basic in terms of features. The brand designed the motorcycle for the commuter segment, focusing on essentials needed for daily use. Adding more tech features would have significantly increased the price.
