Design 8
- The overall design of CLE 53 4Matic+ will remind you of its bigger brother AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. As the CLE takes a lot of design cues from it. Only the rear profile of it has its own characteristics, and from that angle it appears quite wide, and daunting.
- The front profile boasts an AMG-specific radiator grille and bumper design that looks absolutely ravishing. Even from a distance, it sets the car apart from the rest.
- It wears 20 inch AMG light alloy wheels with red brake callipers. Also, they are painted in matte black high-sheen finish, and they look sporty throughout.
- Talking about the rear profile, it features an unmistakable AMG-specific design with a quad exhaust system and inverted C-shaped LED tail-lights.
- At last, this is an unmistakably beautiful car, with every angle speaking to its high-performance nature.
- Lastly, this 2-door coupe is available in 5 colour options.

- The interior layout is very similar to other mid-spec and AMG-spec Mercedes cars we've seen in the past. There’s nothing particularly new to mention, as it includes the signature three turbine-shaped AC vents, a floating 11.9-inch infotainment screen, and a row of physical buttons.
- Another screen inside is a 12.3-inch driver’s display, and there are several touch-based controls on the steering wheel, along with drive modes and a toggle switch to adjust the exhaust mode to different settings.
- It also features multiple color ambient lighting, a Burmester sound system, electronically controlled seats, a wireless charger, and a head-up display.
- One important thing to note is that this is a four-seater car, and the last two seats may not be comfortable for people with a larger build. However, kids and adults around 5 feet 6 inches tall would sit here easily. For their convenience, two AC vents are still provided.
Engine 8.5
- This car is powered by a 3.0L twin-turbo inline 6 cylinder engine and it produces 449 hp and 560 Nm of torque. It also gets a 48V mild hybrid assistance which provides an extra boost of over 40 Nm of torque, that helps the engine to even reduce the turbo lag.
- It goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h. That said, if customers opt for the AMG Performance Package, the top speed goes up by 270 km/h.
- Lastly, it sends power to all four wheels via a 9-speed torque converter, intelligently distributing power to each wheel based on which one is losing grip or in need of more power.
