The Honda SP 125 is available in three variants: Drum, Disc, and Sports Edition. It starts at Rs 86,467 for the Drum variant, Rs 90,467 for the Disc variant, and Rs 90,567 for the Sports Edition, which is Rs 100 more than the previous model. The features are the same across all trims, except for the presence of front disc brakes on the higher variants.

On the other hand the TVS Raider 125 price starts where SP 125 ends. The base varaint with single seat and regualr digital instrument cluster costs Rs 95,439, and the second model which has split seat option costs Rs 97,279, and then comes SSX at Rs 1,00,489 and SX at Rs 1,03,830.

In the race of features, Honda SP 125 is left behind becuase in Raider TVS has added a TFT screen with SmartXonnect feature, drive modes, LED DRLs, USB Socket, under seat storage and a monocoque suspension. So this bike is stepping into a more premium segment bike, but not loosing its commuter roots. All the features i talked about are present in top spec trim, but it justifies in 1 lakh ex-showroom price.

The Honda SP 125 has a front disc brake, a digital instrument cluster, LED headlights, silent start with ACG and combi brakes. Apart from that, it's a pretty simple bike with no additional features to discuss.

Despite its modern tech and updated styling, the Honda SP 125 lacks a distinctive personality, which is why many youngsters are opting for the TVS Raider 125. The SP 125 doesn't have the "wow" factor or design that captures attention, unlike the TVS Raider. The Raider's headlights with C-shaped LED DRLs give it an athletic look, and its overall shape blends commuter and sports bike aesthetics.
