Mahindra XUV 3X0 Design
The XUV 3X0 is an updated model of the XUV 300, so the body remains the same, but the elements that are first noticed are all new. Let's start with the face: it is completely different and now gives a sense that it's the younger brother of the XUV 700. The C-shaped LED DRLs on the hexagon-like headlights are heavily inspired by the XUV 700, and honestly, they feel extremely athletic on this body.
Sandwiched between the headlights, the grille now gets a piano black treatment with little chrome strips that make the face look rich. Even the bumper is brand new, which is more angular than the outgoing XUV 300. Additionally, the bonnet has become sharper with lines becoming more visible. Overall, the face has drastically changed and resembles many modern cars.
The side angle isn't touched by Mahindra and except plastic cladding on wheel arches, nothing is changed. Although, this is not the case with rims as the five-spoke diamond cut wheels have more gloss than ever, and radiates shiny light during night.
Let's move to the back and gaze at the infinity tail light, which makes this car appear wider than before. This is the current trend in the automotive industry, and Mahindra has also joined it with the 3X0. The lower part of the bumper maintains its athletic aesthetics as it is unpainted. The silver cladding and chrome, creating a fake exhaust space, don't do much but still give character to its back profile.
The Mahindra XUV 3X0 is available in 8 monotone colors and 8 dual-tone colors, with citrine yellow-black being its signature paint option.
Mahindra XUV 3X0 Interior
Step inside and you'll be welcomed by a lighter white-colored interior, with the dashboard in black plastic and the central console in glossy black. The interior isn't drastically different, but new features can be found upon close inspection. The first big addition is the 10.25-inch infotainment system, operated via the Adrenox system. Additionally, the driver's display is also a 10.25-inch digital screen, the same one taken from the Mahindra XUV700.
In the center lies the same dual-zone climate control, and near the gear selector, the company has added an electronic parking brake with an auto-hold feature. However, the most demanded feature, the panoramic sunroof, is now included. It opens up the interior, expanding the airiness of the space, which already feels spacious.
Mahindra XUV 3X0 is 364 L which is adequate to carry 3 to 4 trolly bags, and other small luagge.
