Design

Both SUVs are based on their higher-spec variants, with visual updates that enhance their appeal. The Scorpio N Carbon Edition features blacked-out elements on the alloy wheels, ORVMs, roof rails, and skid plates, replacing the standard chrome and silver trims. It also comes with an all-black cabin and black leatherette seats, adding to its sporty character. On the other hand, the Safari Stealth Edition takes a similar approach but with a distinct touch. It sports a piano black grille, smoked-out headlights, gloss-black badging, and darkened alloy wheels, giving it a true stealthy presence. Inside, the Safari features a premium black and grey cabin with leatherette upholstery, further enhancing its sophistication and appeal.

Features

The Safari Stealth Edition offers a range of features, including a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, touch-based AC panel, 10-speaker JBL sound system, and a powered tailgate. In terms of safety, Safari gets seven airbags, cruise control, ADAS, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control(ESC), TPMS, 360-degree camera, blind spot detection and lane departure control.

Talking about Mahindra Scorpio N carbon, it is also fully feature-loaded with an 8-inch touchscreen, 7-inch instrument cluster, single pane sunroof, Automatic AC, 12-speaker siny sound system, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, ventilated front seats, 6-way adjustable driver seat. When it comes to safety, Scorpio N carbon gets six airbags, ESC, rear parking camera, hill hold and hill descent control and driver drowsiness detection. It also has ISOFIX child seat anchorages, disc brakes on all wheels and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), but lacks any advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) suite.

Powertrains

At the heart, the SUV gets two engine options to deliver the thrill and performance. It is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which churns out 200 PS and 370 Nm of torque with manual transmission while 400 Nm of torque with automatic transmission. Moreover, the 2.2-litre mHawk diesel unit comes in two versions: one producing 175 PS and 400 Nm of torque with an automatic transmission and 370 Nm of torque with a manual unit. While the second one produces 132 PS and 300 NM of torque.

Meanwhile, the Tata Safari Stealth edition is powered by the same 2-litre diesel engine, which comes along with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic unit. This engine churns out 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque. While Safari only offers FWD configuration.
