Don't Miss : Scorpio Classic Pros & Cons
Sadly there is no 4x4 on offer on this capable SUV. In the 2022 Scorpio Classic, a 2.2-liter diesel engine with 130 bhp of power and 300 Nm of peak torque is available. This engine is 55 kg lighter and consumes 14% less fuel than the one in the previous model. The manual transmission now includes a new 6-speed cable shift to significantly enhance the driving experience. MTV-CL technology has improved the suspension set-up to provide an improved ride and handling. The steering system has undergone significant improvement to allow for simple control and manoeuvrability.
The good thing is that the Scorpio Classic retains the SUV's original silhouette. The Scorpio Classic has a few modest external and interior alterations but keeps the SUV's original shape. The new twin-peaks logo, a muscular bonnet, and a fresh, aggressive grille that contribute to the attraction of the original design.
Verdict : Overall, this is still a very good old school SUVs in the market. If you are running behind features or an automatic, do have a look at this one
