The teaser images of the upcoming 2021 Honda CB1000R has been released by Honda and the brand is now all set to fully unveil the bike on 10th November 2020. While the teaser images are not very clear, the changes made to some components like the headlights are clearly evident. The new CB1000R now gets a more aggressive stance and surely look much more imposing and bolder than the older model. With this being said, check out more details about the bike here.
Starting with the design, the new 2021 Honda CB1000R hosts a number of changes to make it look fresher and sportier. The headlights do retain the older design but are positioned at a more aggressive angle while the Honda branding that split the LED circle now looks smaller. A side glance reveals that the bike gets a short windscreen which has been placed just above the headlamps. The fork clamps are now black. The outgoing model had silver coloured fork clamps. The brand has also redesigned the shape of the panels around the radiator and fuel tank. The rider seat too has been tweaked while the alloy wheels now get a W-Spoke design.

We are expecting that the 2021 Honda CB1000R will be powered by the same, 998 cc inline four-cylinder petrol engine. This engine currently churns around 145.48 hp while the peak torque output stands at around 104 Nm. The power output figures may change as this engine will be worked upon to make it BS6 compliant. The older model was retailed by honda's BigWing chain and was priced at Rs 14.46 lakh (ex-showroom).
