Kia Motors revealed the 2021 Carnival globally and it gathered huge eyeballs thanks to its gigantic proportions. It will go on sale in the global markets this year whereas the India launch is expected next year. We have come up with the latest real-life images of the 2021 Kia Carnival and it looks smashing from every angle.
Kia calls Carnival the 'Grand Utility vehicle' and it is evident from its proportions and looks. The fourth generation of the Carnival is inspired by the bigger SUVs of the Korean marque. The front of the car sports Kia's Tiger Nose grille which is all black in this particular model. The grille is further connected with the LED headlights and the lower bumper gets silver accents with faux skid plate. In this generation, Kia has shortened the front overhang and also modified the position of the A-pillars for a longer hood.
The side profile of the 2021 Kia Carnival is very long but doesn't look boring in the real-life images at all. This particular car is riding on gunmetal grey alloy wheels. The side profile also features a chrome design on the C and D-pillar to give it a stylish look and feel. Moving to the rear, the car gets connected LED taillights with a big reflector in the middle. The lower bumper gets parking lights and faux skid plate whereas the roof gets shark-fin antenna and roof rails.
Kia Motors hasn't revealed the interiors of the 2021 Kia Carnival but we expect them to be luxurious than ever. Some unofficial leaks gave sneak peeks on how the interior looks but Kia will reveal the other bits later at the time of launch. The Carnival sold in India is still a feature-packed car. It offers features like dual-pane sunroof, rear-seat entertainment, UVO connect, captain chairs and a lot more.

Globally, Kia offers 2.2-litre diesel and 2.5-litre petrol engines with the Carnival and the new-gen model is also expected to carry on with the same set of engines. The 2.2-litre diesel, which we also get in India, produces 200 PS of power and 440 Nm of peak torque. The 2.5-litre turbo petrol produces 280 PS and Kia may also offer the 1.6-litre hybrid powertrain. Kia will launch the new Carnival in Q3 of 2020 in South Korea. The India launch is expected to happen around 2022 and Carnival is doing really well in India.
