Maruti has finally launched the new 2022 Brezza at a starting price of Rs 7.99 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. This compact SUV is available in four variants - LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+. The top-of-the-line variant, ZXI+ trim gets a sticker price of Rs 13.96 lakh and when compared with the 2022 Venue, the new Brezza is expensive by Rs 46,000 for the base trim.

Mechanically, the 2022 Maruti Brezza is powered by a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine. This motor belts out 102 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 136.8 Nm. It is the same engine as found in Ertiga and XL6 as well. It gets mated to a five-speed manual transmission as standard and a six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox as an option.
The new Brezza measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, 1,685 mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 2500 mm. When compared with the 2022 Venue, the Brezza is wider by 20 mm and gets a ground clearance of 68 mm. In addition to this, the height too of the Brezza has now gone up than the pre-lift version. The height of the older Brezza measured 1,640 mm.

Feature-wise, the Brezza now gets an electric sunroof, 360-view camera, 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, wireless charging, cruise control, multi-function steering wheel and more.
