Currently, the 7-seater soft off-roader SUV segment is dominated by none other than the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace. It is a stretched up version of the 5-seater and the 7-seater really brings justice for those looking to travel in style. However, what we have in our market is an older version and its facelift is already out in the global markets. We expect the updated Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace facelift will be launched by 2022 in India and before that, let's glance at the design with the pictures.
One look at the front profile and you notice the prominent changes. The styling looks aggressive yet premium in some way and Volkswagen has reworked the design elements precisely. Like the front bumper, redesigned three slat grille and new LED headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights.

At the rear, the tweaked taillights are visible along with the new Tiguan badge. Just like the front profile, the rear too gets a tweaked bumper design and we also see a diffuser that adds to the sporty appeal of the SUV. Chrome elements on the rear bumper are also seen.
Sharing inputs on the cabin then it retains the all-black colour scheme and an 8.0-inch infotainment screen comes as standard. It can be upgraded to a 10-inch digital cockpit pro. Considering Volkswagen will bring the Tiguan Allspace in India via CBU then it is safe to say a single variant with all the bells and whistles will be on the offer.
Other features include touchpads for the air-con vents, a wide panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, powered driver's seat, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, wireless charging, Harmon Kardon sound system and more.
