This engine is now BS6-compliant and also gets TVS' Eco-thrust fuel-injection technology.
Also, despite being the cheapest BS6 scooter, it gets telescopic forks at the front, an electric starter and even a LED DRL. The scooter is offered in seven different funky colour options. The BS6-compliant TVS Scooty Pep Plus is sold in two variants and is priced between Rs. 51,754 - Rs. 52,954, Ex-showroom. At this price point and being a sub-100cc scooter, it doesn't have any direct rivals in India.
110cc: Honda Activa 6G

Honda Activa has a huge fan following in India and the Activa nameplate has now become a brand in itself. Honda has recently launched the sixth-generation Activa in India that gets a BS6-compliant engine and an Activa 6G moniker. The Activa 6G is powered by a 109.61cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected motor that churns out 7.79 PS of power and 8.79 Nm of torque.
The BS6-compliant Activa 6G gets an all-LED headlight, external fuel-lid and telescopic forks at the front. It also gets an analogue instrument cluster that shows all the basic trip information like speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, etc. Honda Activa 6G comes in six different colour options and is available in two variants Standard and Deluxe, priced at Rs. 63,912 and Rs. 65,412 Ex-showroom respectively.

TVS Ntorq 125 can be termed as the most advanced 125cc scooter currently on sale in India. Also, it is the most powerful scooter in its class. TVS Ntorq 125 is powered by a 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that churns out 8.1 PS of power and 9.7 Nm of torque. It also gets a race-inspired growling exhaust note which attracts the young buyers.
TVS Ntorq 125 is loaded with a lot of features. It gets an LCD screen for instrumentation that shows a host of information and also gets Bluetooth connectivity. The BS6-compliant TVS Ntorq 125 is available in three variants: Drum, Disc and Race-Edition and are priced at Rs. 66,685, Rs. 70,885, and Rs. 73,365, Ex-showroom respectively.
150-160cc: Aprilia SR 160 BS6

Aprilia SR 160 BS6 is one of the most powerful gearless scooters in India. In fact, it has its own youthful identity and is mostly preferred by those who want a performance machine with the convenience of an automatic. Also, the Aprilia SR 160 is one of those very few scooters in India that come with an anti-lock braking system (ABS).
Aprilia SR 160 is powered by a 160cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 3-valve, fuel-injected engine that churns out 10.8 PS of power and 11.6 Nm of peak torque, mated to a CVT gearbox. It comes with funky colour options, body decals and it gets a carbon variant too. The BS6-compliant Aprilia SR 160 is available in three variants and its price range between Rs. 1.04 lakhs - Rs. 1.14 lakhs, Ex-showroom, making it the most expensive scooter in our list.
