The list of banks where the FASTag can be purchased are Syndicate Bank, HDFC Bank, IDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, ICICI Bank, Paytm Payments Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Equitas Small Finance Bank, Punjab National Bank and State Bank of India. One needs to fill some necessary documents to avail the FASTag from banks and other areas. These papers include:
Registration of your vehicle
Passport size photograph of the owner
KYC Document of the owner (like Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport etc.)

How To Recharge?
One can recharge the tag via online through Debit/Credit card, NEFT/RTGS, or even through NetBanking. Paytm also allows the online recharge. Minimum recharge of Rs 100 is necessary and a maximum of Rs 1,00,000 (1 Lakh) can be done.
