Firefox Bikes have introduced the provision of online service booking for their customers who wish to get bikes serviced at authorised service centres.
In addition to the provision of online service booking, they have also introduced different levels of service packages at attractive rates for customers with varied usage of their cycles.
In order to utilise this facility, owners will have to go the firefox website and create their account. Then before they book the service, they will have enter details such as mode of buying, invoice number, bike name, city, mobile number and other details shown in the screenshot below.

Customers can also choose one of the multiple service types shown on the website as per their requirements. They are categorized into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Here are the various service types are a glance.
Bronze - It is a basic service plan that ensures all safety checks & tuning of kinds. Best suited for bikes with 6-speed gearboxes. A single bronze service costs 9350 whereas an annual package of 3 services will cost you 9800.
Silver - This is an ideal plan to choose when bike components are in good condition and just out of adjustments. Your bikes brakes will be set up, wheels will be tuned, gears will be adjusted & transmission components will be lubricated. Firefox will also check components for wear & tear and tighten all keys nuts & bolts. A single silver service costs 9600 whereas an annual package of 3 services will cost you 91500.
Gold - This is a suitable plan for those who use their bicycles on a regular basis. All worn out components get replaced under this plan. A single Gold service costs 91100 whereas an annual package of 3 services will cost you 92700.
Platinum - This plan is for most heavily used bicycles with extremely worn out components & also ideal for keeping performance bicycle in optimal condition. A single Platinum service costs 91800 whereas an annual package of 3 services will cost you 94500.

There is also a free service that is being offered to customers who have bought a bicycle from firefox in the last 90 days. The free service is more of a general check-up of the bike which mainly involves general inspection for loose nuts and bolts and dry cleaning of the bike
