Renault Triber Facelift Spied For The First Time

The Renault Triber MPV has been around for some time now and is one of the most affordable three-row MPVs in the Indian car scene. With just three models in the portfolio and operating towards the affordable price band, it only makes sense to keep updating the models from time to time to sweeten the deal and to challenge the rivals better. The Renault Triber facelift, to do the same, has been spied on for the first time under heavy camo. Although visible from the rear only, the MPV seems to have the same silhouette and could offer minor exterior tweaks like a refreshed front and rear bumpers along with some modifications to the headlamp assembly.

The Renault Triber facelift is anticipated to retain its current interior layout, though enhancements to features and upholstery are expected. Exterior updates may include the introduction of alloy wheels, something that has been missing till now. Inside, subtle refinements and an expanded feature set are likely with potential additions including automatic climate control, cruise control, a wireless charging pad, automatic headlights, an auto-dimming IRVM, and wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Powertrain To Be Retained

It's expected that the 2025 Renault Triber facelift will continue to utilize the existing 1.0L 3-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, which produces 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. This engine will likely be paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission.
As for its launch, it could hit showrooms by mid-2025 or a little later than that. Accompanying this could be a slight price adjustment, depending on what extra bling it brings inside the cabin.
Verdict
Although Renault Triber is onen of the most affordable MPVs, it manages to rake in just decent numbers for the brand. Renault will be looking at this update as the means to put Triber back into the mainstream news and hopefully attract more attention towards the value for money package that Triber is. As for more updates about the changes, we will have to wait out for more detailed spy shots and scoops. Stay tuned for that!
