Updated Exteriors
Now, the Glanza was heavily criticised for its design as Toyota brought in just a rebadged version of Baleno. Hope Toyota accepts people's remark and comes with fresh styling for Ertiga. The visible changes will be Toyota badging at the grille up front and at the rear. Also, the foglight area might be tweaked to differentiate it from the Ertiga.
Revised Interiors
Like the Ertiga which receives a dual-tone colour shade, Toyota could bring in all-black interiors as seen in the XL6. Also, it'll receive the same touchscreen unit that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other features like automatic climate control, multi-information display, multifunction steering wheel and among others will continue.
Variants
Like the Glanza which comes in two trims, the Ertiga based Toyota MPV too will follow the same pattern. When compared to the parent car then the latter variants might comprise of VXi and ZXi Plus of Ertiga. The top-spec version, 'V' of the Toyota MPV will be equipped with leather-wrapped steering wheel and reverse camera. We believe both the variants will come with a touchscreen infotainment system, alloy wheels and among others as features.
Warranty
Toyota MPV will get a 3 years/1,00,000 km warranty or whichever is at earlier as standard. The same step has been followed with the Toyota Glanza too. On the other hand, Maruti Ertiga gets 2 years/40,000 km warranty on a standard basis. Here, the upcoming MPV is an advantage to those clocking for more kilometres on the odometer.
