
Ford Motors India recently announced its decision to cease manufacturing operations in India and its future plans for the Indian market. The brand also shared the plans to continue delivering quality and dependable after-sales support to the current Ford owners in India. Furthermore, the American carmaker promised to lock the official Ford spare parts prices in India for the next five years.
To keep the promise of delivering quality after-sales support, Ford with its authorised Delhi Ford dealer has recently opened up a new workshop in Okhla, New Delhi. The workshop is a huge one where the company will provide all sorts of services needed by the consumer in terms of repairs and services. Ford has a long list of existing customers who were concerned about after-sales support for their vehicles.

The inauguration of this new workshop will definitely help in boosting the after-sales support and quality and will also ensure that the customers have easy access to these services. Ford has an extensive customer base and the fact that Ford is still focusing on delivering dependable after-sales support will come as a sigh of relief for the current Ford owners.

As the company revealed its exit from the mass market segment, a bunch of worried customers decided to sell off their cars but the company had not forgotten its customer base and is still promising to take care of the after-sales support. Ford along with this, has also revealed its future plans of bringing in CBU units for the Indian market.

If reports are to be believed, Ford is expected to launch the new Mustang Mach-E and the new Mustang in India soon. The Ford Everest may also make its way to the Indian market. However, these cars will definitely attract a higher tax slab and hence will not be as VFM as many of the rivals.
