This year's Auto Expo is witnessing unveils keeping in mind sustainability with performance. The two-wheeler segment is no less. More electric scooters and bikes are displaying their innovation and development in the electric sphere. Expanding into the world of EV scooters is the Greaves Cotton which showcased a range of electric scooters. Primus EV Scooter
One of the main highlights from the corner of Greaves Cotton is the Primus EV scooter which they are calling a complete family scooter. By the looks of it, it does look attractive and the styling is elegant as well, keeping in line with modern scooters. Greaves says that the Primus can do 0-40 km in just 4 seconds with a top speed of 77 km/hr with its mid-mounted motor.
It will offer a host of connectivity features with navigation onboard the digital instrument cluster, which does look quite nice and would come in handy. It will come with a digital CAN-enabled LPF battery. Additionally, the claimed range of Primus EV scooter is 100+ km as per the company.

Zeal
In the line-up for the showcase is the new Zeal EX by the company. The company is planning to not only enter the arena but offer options at the same time as well. With its Dual-tone sportier decals, it has differentiated itself from the Primus, and it definitely looks sharp and sporty.
It offers 3 drive modes with a reverse assist feature as well, which in this segment is quite trendy at the moment. It comes with a CAN-enabled battery and charger. The main highlight is the portable battery pack, providing surplus miles on your odometer and takes care of the range anxiety when you step out of your home.
NXU
Keeping the Delivery space in mind and to offer this space some more aesthetics, Greaves Cotton has unveiled the NXU - the multipurpose utility scooter, taking EV scooters to commercial use. It has been given a robust and rugged styling, to specifically cater to the delivery systems and optimize the payload carrying capacity.
The goods carrying capacity is 200 kgs which is nicely distributed with neat and modernly designed top box and panniers. For keeping the deliveries up and running, NXU comes with fast charging options with a claimed range of 120+ km. The combination of these two aims to maximize the output of the delivery system so that our parcels can keep on coming without any delay.
