That said, Hero MotoCorp has updated its entire portfolio to meet with BS6 emission norms. And now, the company has launched its online sales platform called Hero MotoCorp eShop. Besides that, Hero is also offering several unique digital after-sales services.

The Hero eShop is a digital sales platform that will allow the customers to buy their favourite Hero bike/scooter online. It is an end-to-end solution that has been created to enhance the customer's buying experience by providing a fully-digital platform in these tough times. We explain you the step by step process that how you can buy the product online. So, first of all, one must log on to Hero MotoCorp's official website. The top-box on the home page lists eShop, click on it and it will redirect to the dedicated e-Shop section where all the purchase-related work can be done.
The customer needs to select his/her desired product, its variant and colour shade. Then, once you select your state and city, the system will provide you with the Ex-showroom and on-road price, list of dealerships and stock availability in your area. Select your desired dealership and pay the online booking amount. The website also shows you the finance options and post-payment of the booking amount, you will receive an e-receipt with a unique OTP for verification. Once verification is done, a sales assistant from the desired dealership will be selected to further guide the customer.

The sales executive will handle all the queries of the customers and will also guide them to complete the remaining steps. The salesperson will help with documentation, invoicing, insurance, registration and delivery (optional Home delivery). In case the customer is interested, a retail finance option is also provided during the payment process. Once the order is created, the customer will receive an SMS with a link that will direct him/her to the document uploading section. Upon verification, the preview of the sales order will be sent to the customer and post consent, its invoice will be created and application for registration will be made by the dealer.
The vehicle will be delivered as per the option chosen by the customer. During the time of delivery, physically signed documents required by the RTO will be collected from the customer. Furthermore, Hero MotoCorp has also launched multiple digital aftersales services. These include the industry-first initiative of digital service job card and acknowledgement receipt, app-based service booking and increased hours of workshop operations. Using the Hero App, one can also pre-book their service appointment at their nearest workshop. It will help to maintain social-distancing and will also reduce the amount of time spent at the workshop by customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
