Honda Cars India has launched the Honda City Apex edition at Rs 13.30 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the second car in the brand's lineup to get the Apex Edition. Honda City Apex Edition
The new City Apex Edition has Apex Edition badging on the fender and at the rear. It also has a Beige interior with Apex Edition badging on the front seats, 7-colour rhythmic ambient lighting, leatherette door pads, and Apex Edition cushions. Apart from these, the interior remains the same as the regular V & VX variants. It will continue to get touchscreen infotainment, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, ADAS, and more.

The Honda City Apex edition will be available in V & VX variants only. The brand is offering this edition with both manual and CVT gearbox options.

The regular V and VX variants and the Apex Editon of both variants are Rs 25,000 more expensive. This price difference covers cosmetic differences only and a few accessories, such as the ambient light pack and seat cushions.
The Honda City continues to get a single 1.5-litre NA petrol engine producing 121 PS of power and 145 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated with a 6-speed manual and a CVT gearbox option. The brand claims that this engine gives a claimed economy of 17.8 km/l with MT and 18.4 km/l with a CVT gearbox.

Verdict
The Honda City is one of the most popular and longest-running sedans in the Indian market. It is known for its comfortable interior and efficient engine. However, the brand has not released any recent updates for the car and with the launch of the new edition, it is expected to attract more customers.
