Honda Cars India is gearing up to launch the all-black edition of the Elevate. The black edition of the Elevate will feature an all-black paint scheme and this special edition is speculated to break covers on 7th January. Honda Elevate Black Edition
According to the reports on the internet, the upcoming Black Edition of the Elevate will be available in two versions Elevate Black and Elevate Signature Black. Both versions will get the same Crystal Black Pearl paint on the exterior and gloss black alloy wheels. Additionally, the Signature edition will get a black front grille, blacked-out roof rails, and faux skid plates.
On the interior, the cabin will get black leatherette seats to enhance the appeal of the Black Edition. Moreover, on the feature front, it will continue to offer a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless connectivity, a 7-inch digital instrument console, wireless charging, an electric sunroof, and automatic climate control among other features. Safety features will also continue to remain similar to the regular edition with level 2 ADAS, 6-airbags, and a lane monitor camera among others.
Additionally, the Elevate Black Edition will continue to get the same 1.5-litre NA petrol engine producing 121 PS of power and 140 Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual and a CVT gearbox.

Honda Elevate Black Edition Pricing
If we talk about the pricing of the Black Edition, it is expected to be priced Rs 70,000-80,000 more expensive than the regular variants. Currently, the Elevate is priced at Rs 11.69 lakh to Rs 15.41 lakh (Ex-showroom). The upcoming Black edition will continue to compete with the Volkswagen Taigun, Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, and other cars in the mid-size SUV segment.
Verdict
The upcoming Honda Elevate Black Edition will enhance appeal of the Elevate and it will attract the customers who love the dark editions of cars. Honda has joined the league of Hyundai, Tata, MG and other manufacturers who offer special Black editions of their cars.
