Rosmerta Safety System is a private vendor running this online portal and installing these plates for cars registered in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. As per the latest announcement, the buyers will now have to register via a seven-step online booking process, including entering details such as registration number, chassis number, etc.

As per a spokesperson of Rosmerta Safety Systems Private Limited, there are around 3000 bookings currently being processed at the online portal daily. The charges for installing HSRP stickers in cars are fixed at Rs 250 depending on the make and class of vehicles, while the charges for two-wheelers range between Rs 125. The owners who already have their cars fitted with HSRPs will pay Rs 100 to get the colour-coded stickers.
