Hyundai India Group has just completed a total of 21,320 sales for the month of June 2020. When compared it with 2019 then sure there's a massive drop of say 50% but due to the COVID-19 this year, the numbers look promising
Also, the sales graph will again rise for Hyundai as they have several cars in the pipeline. The new-gen Creta proved out to be the best for Hyundai in both May and June 2020 sales. The demand is such that about 55% of the buyers prefer the 1.5L diesel version of Creta.

Our newly launched products like the all-new Creta, new Verna and the new Aura, as well as traditionally strong brands such as the Elite i20, Venue, Santro and Grand i10 Nios, have been receiving encouraging customer response.
The new-gen Hyundai Creta packs in multiple engine options like - two petrol and one diesel. The 1.4L turbo petrol is the most frugal of the lot as it makes 140 PS of power with a maximum torque of 242 Nm. This engine gets mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

Coming to the naturally aspirated petrol then the 1.5L makes the same power as the 1.5L diesel which is 115 PS. Transmission for both sticks to a 6-speed manual as standard and an optional CVT and a 6-speed auto respectively.
In other news, Hyundai just launched the Elantra diesel with the 1.5L diesel engine. The premium sedan competes with the Honda Civic. Also, the Korean manufacturer is gearing up for the launch of new-gen i20 which packs in new engines, design, technology and uber loads of features. The hatchback will be launched in October and will rival with Honda Jazz, Tata Altroz, Maruti Baleno and Toyota Glanza.
