
The Japanese carmaker, Isuzu has now announced that the D-Max standard and the S-Cab will become expensive from January because of the price hike. Both the models will have their prices increase by Rs 10,000 and Isuzu also said that they plan to increase prices of all their models from January 1st, 2021.

This Rs 10,000 price hike sticks to the ex-showroom price and the company said it is because of the increasing input and distribution costs. It is true for other carmakers too as they will also increase the prices of all their models from January.

The long-awaited Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Pick up truck and the flagship MU-X is not available in the Indian market because of the BS6 configurations. Both the SUVs are not on sale and we can expect the new models to join the line-up from next year.
The BS6 Isuzu D-Max was launched in October gets a 2.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. This unit generates 75 bhp with a peak torque of 176 Nm and this engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The D-Max BS6 version comes in three variants - D-Max Cab Chassis priced at Rs 7.84 lakh, High-Ride which has a load-carrying capacity of 1240 kg is priced at Rs 8.29 lakh and the Super strong with 1710 kg of load-carrying capacity is priced at Rs 8.39 lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi.
