Jeep recently unveiled its six new concept cars in addition to an all-electric Wrangler Magneto ahead of the Moab Easter Safari event. Apart from this, the brand also showcased a new concept to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Rubicon. The Moab Easter Safari event is held annually in Utah, USA. Here are all the details that you should know about the new concept Jeep SUVs.
The Jeep Easter Safari started on April 9 and consists of trail rides and day-long trims departing from Moab, Utah. The official event is hosted by Red Rock 4-Wheelers INC, one of the local four-wheel-drive clubs in Moab. The concept cars showcased at the event include the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV, Jeep '41, Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary, Jeep Bob, Jeep D-Coder, and Jeep Birdcage. For starters, the Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary concept is based on the 2003 model year and boasts a powerful 443 hp 6.4-L V8 engine. It will be equipped with a dual-mode performance exhaust, a bonnet with a central scoop, and 17-inch alloy wheels.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee PHEV will be underpinned by the 4xe powertrain and will be based on the Grand Cherokee 4xe. The Grand Cherokee 4xe will go on sale later this year. It boasts a 2.0-L turbo engine with two electric motors and an eight-speed automatic transmission. In addition to this, Cherokee Trailhawk PHEV will also sport a unique industrial blue exterior colour shade. The Jeep '42 concept on the other hand was showcased to pay homage to the Willys MB. The SUV will use the same 2.0-L 4xe powertrain and will boast a matt olive green exterior paint scheme. Furthermore, it will be offered with soft-top and large wheels.
The Jeep Rubicon Bob Concept boasts a shorter frame and gets new steel bumpers for better approach and departure angles. In addition to this, the SUV also gets a powerful engine and capable mechanical setup. The Jeep D-Coder on the other hand rather looks unique and is a rolling catalogue of factory-tested and factory-backed items. With contrast exterior colour shades, the Jeep D-Coder also gets Katzkin leather seats. The Jeep Birdcage is based on the Jeep Wrangler and features several accessories from Mopar and JPP as well as Jeep's plug-in 4xe powertrain.
