Keeway will launch its fourth offering for the Indian market today. This is the 300cc cruiser that got an update recently for the international markets. Its called the V302C and will be positioned above the K-Light 250V model. Prices are expected to be out later today. We recently rode their 300cc moto-scooter and you may have a look at the review by hitting the play button below.
Keeway V302C Engine
At the heart of this cruiser is a 298cc V-twin engine that puts out a healthy dose of torque and power. While the max power is rated at 29.5 bhp, peak torque stands at 26.5 Nm. These are slightly different than the figures available on the model sold in China. The highlight here is the V-twin cylinder configuration that should reward the bike with a great exhaust note. Do note that the smaller K-Lite 250V is currently the most affordable V-Twin bike in India. The engine of the V302C is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that also has a slipper clutch. Expect great performance along with excellent cruising abilities.
Keeway V302C Features
Priced at 3.89 lakh, the V302C will come in one variant but multiple colour options of grey, black and red. The cruiser will offer dual channel ABS, alloy wheels, LCD display for rider info, slipper clutch and LED lights all around. It also sports a traction control system that should come handy during not so friendly riding conditions.
While there might not be a direct rival to the Keeway V302C yet, you can look at a mid-capacity motorcycle like the Interceptor 650 for a value for proposition factor. You can also share your opinions around this cruiser in our exclusive Telegram group.
