After the pandemic, automakers are increasingly adopting digital technologies and introducing new innovations to provide a better customer experience. Moving forward, Kia India has launched MyKia mobile application, a comprehensive communication platform for consumers. With the use of this application, Kia India hopes to give clients a smooth car ownership experience, as well as a variety of features such as sales, servicing, and other important features. The MyKia app will be accessible for iOS and Android devices, and Kia owners will be able to use it to own and maintain a Kia vehicle.

The app will allow customers to receive service reminders, make service appointments, find a Kia dealer, read Kia news, provide service feedback, and do other functions. The MyKia app contains sales services such as requesting a test drive, obtaining a new car quotation, remotely connecting with the dealer, and so on. Kia has also launched a customer loyalty programme, through which customers can earn awards for a number of offers and discounts on a variety of products such as food, gadgets, fashion and lifestyle, hotels, cosmetics, and so on. These reward points can be activated and used at either an online or offline brand store.
Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing at Kia India, commented on the app's launch, With initiatives like MyKia, we want to offer digital innovations in sales, service and beyond that will provide a differentiated and premium experience to customers throughout their car ownership journey.
