Mahindra Electric Mobility Ltd, a subsidiary of Mahindra Group, has launched new Alfa CNG Passenger and Cargo variants based on the iconic Alfa brand. The Alfa Passenger DX BS6 CNG is attractively priced at 2.57 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Alfa Load Plus is priced at 2,57,800 (ex-showroom Lucknow). When compared to a diesel 3-wheeler, the manufacturer says that these CNG three-wheelers can save up to Rs 4 lakh in 5 years on fuel expenses.

In Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, Kerala, and Madhya Pradesh, the vehicles will be available at Mahindra dealerships.
Mahindra Alfa CNG
The water-cooled 395 cc engine is the largest in its class and offers long-term dependability. The engine produces the best-in-class torque of 23.5 Nm, with up to 20 Nm available at lower speeds to help you remain ahead of the pack. The Alfa DX passenger achieves a mileage of 40.2 km/kg, while the Alfa Load Plus achieves 38.6 km/kg (as per ARAI tests). This should result in a highly appealing operating range.
The Passenger CNG and Cargo variants are built on the tough Alfa platform, which has the best-in-segment sheet metal thickness of 0.90 mm. The Mahindra Alfa CNG has 800+ dealer touch points across India, making servicing a breeze.
