Under the 'Project Mumkin,' Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), announced the handover of over 500 Bolero Pik-up trucks in Jammu and Kashmir. The J&K government's 'Project Mumkin' is a customised livelihood generation programme. The Mission Youth J&K and the vehicle manufacturers are assisting young people in the region in purchasing new small commercial vehicles (SCVs) to provide them with opportunities for sustainable living.

By taking part in 'Project Mumkin.' M&M provides entrepreneurial possibilities to J&K youngsters in order to help them earn a living, encourage business ownership, and improve their trade practises.
Since these vehicles are largely utilised for intercity commodities delivery, the corporation claims that the move will help restore the agri produce-daily necessities sector. Individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 who are interested in participating in this scheme can apply and register on the J&K administration's official website with the relevant documentation.

If we look at the specifications of the Mahindra Bolero Pik-up trucks, it is available in two versions: Extra Strong and Extra Long. Both models are equipped with a 2.5-litre diesel engine that produces 75 bhp of power and 200 Nm of peak torque. The Bolero Extra Strong has a weight capacity of 1280-1500 kg, while the Extra Long has a payload capacity of 1245-1700 kg, depending on the design.
