
Mahindra has finally brought in the Bolero facelift with a BS6 compliant diesel engine at a price of Rs 7.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). However, as per the reports, these are just introductory prices and it will get an increase of Rs 70,000 in the coming months.
The prices of BS6 Mahindra Bolero remains identical to that of BS4 but there are some changes which come with the facelift model. At the front, notice the restyled headlamp design, new bumper and the grille. The foglight housing is also tweaked.

Mahindra Bolero is the oldest running utility vehicle from the Indian carmaker and it now complies with the latest safety emission norms. Yes, it also suffices itself with the latest crash test and pedestrian safety norms with updated metal bumpers at the front and rear. The SUV gets driver-side airbags, front seat belt reminders, ABS with EBD, High-speed alert system and more.

Under the hood, Mahindra Bolero gets an updated BS6 compliant 1.5-litre diesel engine which produces 75 bhp on tap. It also gets a 5-speed manual transmission like before. The older 2.5L diesel unit was discontinued back in October 2019 only.
Mahindra Bolero is the longest-running utility vehicle in the country with launch date going back to early 2000. It is widely popular in rural areas and in the commercial segment.

It is not sure when the deliveries of the updated Bolero will start as the world is facing a pandemic situation due to Coronavirus. All production of Mahindra has stopped because of this. And several operations in India has been shut down.

In other news, Mahindra has also brought in the BS6 Mahindra XUV300 in its diesel form. The prices remain identical at Rs 8.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) when compared it with the BS4 model. The W8 AMT trim has been removed and the SUV is now offered in W4, W6, W6 AMT, W8, W8 (O) and W8 (O) AMT.
