Mahindra Scorpio N Pik Up Spotted
The recently spotted test mule, covered with heavy camouflage, offered glimpses of certain things related to the upcoming Pik Up. Mahindra aims to target various markets with the Scorpio N Pik Up, and India is one of the key focuses. Notably, the test mule featured dual-tone alloy wheels similar to the Scorpio N SUV. The rear design of the Pik Up is different from the concept vehicle, showcasing a familiar halogen tail lamp setup similar to the Scorpio Getaway. Additionally, the tailgate handle on the test mule differed from the one presented in the concept form.
A notable difference between the design patent image and the test mule was observed. While the patent images depicted a square-shaped fuel filler cap, the test mule featured a circular one positioned behind the rear wheel arch. Additionally, the test mule was equipped with an integrated roll bar.
The spy shots did not capture the front and interior of the vehicle. It is expected that the front profile will resemble that of the Scorpio N SUV. The observed pick-up may be intended for government, military use, or export purposes. The brand is likely to provide the same 2.2-litre mHawk turbo diesel engine with both manual and automatic transmission options in the forthcoming pickup.
