Mahindra XUV 700 Facelift Spied

The Mahindra XUV 700 is spied testing, cloaked in heavy camouflage. The recent spy shots revealed that the brand is working on the mid-cycle update. At first glance, the overall silhouette remains the same, but the real thing lies in the details. Going by the spy shots, you can see a new headlamp cluster with an LED projector setup. The DRLs seem to be redesigned too, with an angular signature, although full details remain hidden under camo. Moving forward, the front grille appears to be bolder and wider, While the bumper has been slightly reworked to give it a more bolder stance.

Another interesting change is the new alloys; two different alloy designs have been spied in the recent spy shots in the past few days. Suggesting there might be two different alloys on offer, variant-wise. Meanwhile, the side and rear profiles largely remain unchanged

What You Can Expect?

Underneath the cosmetic upgrades, no mechanical changes are expected. Mahindra is likely to offer the same 2.0-litre turbo petrol and the 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine. These come paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

While for the features, it is expected to go one step further with a triple screen layout: instrument cluster, infotainment and one for the co-passenger. Moreover, it could get wireless digital key access, looking at Mahindra's approach. Though the brand hasn't made anything official while some reports speculate it to be launched by early 2026.
