Moreover, the carmaker is also selling pre-owned cars online on its 'Shop' for months now and the brand says that it has sold more than 150 cars via its online platform in just the first quarter of 2020. Talking about Mercedes-Benz's new 'Merc From Home' campaign, it is a unique online platform that allows the customers to book a car, buy it and also get it delivered at their door-step post the lockdown. Some key highlights of this idiosyncratic platform are mentioned below:

- Mercedes-Benz says its online concierge service will be offered from morning 10 a.m. till midnight.
