In Coimbatore, Mercedes-Benz opened a newly renovated MAR20X showroom. The store is ideally situated on Mettupalayam Road, one of the city's most prominent streets. A unique MAR20X EQ Display and an Exclusive Area for Top End Cars are two features of the newly renovated MAR20X facility. It incorporates the MAR20X format, the modern retail format of Mercedes-Benz, based on the four pillars of Design, Architecture, Customer-oriented processes, and Digital improvements, to provide an opulent and immersive brand experience.

Mercedes-iconic Benz's retail presentation, MAR20X, blends physical and digital components to provide customers a completely opulent ownership experience. The venue features a stage wall, dedicated accessories and collections, a hospitality counter, and private and semi-private interaction spaces. It also has a stage vehicle exhibit. The building is 6071 square feet large, and its 25 well trained employees provide an unmatched brand experience.
Lance Bennett, VP Sales & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India and Sharath Vijayaraghavan, Executive Director, Sundaram Motors inaugurated the MAR20X showroom. He said, We are excited about the growth potential of Mercedes-Benz in Tamil Nadu. The TEV segment has witnessed a robust growth in Coimbatore, underlining the segments popularity. The revamped showroom will feature a dedicated Top End Vehicle and an EQ Display corner. Sundaram Motors is the owner of the showroom. The first 180 kW Ultra-Fast DC charger in Coimbatore is presently housed in Sundaram Motors' new Customer Services centre at Eachanari, which opened in 2022. For discerning clients, there are a number of programmes offered, including "Know your Star" Tech Corner, Sundaram Hues Studio, and Sundaram Secure Service package.
