At the 2023 Auto Expo, MG Motor India displayed the MG EHS, a plug-in hybrid SUV. A powerful hybrid motor and a turbocharged gasoline engine are included in the 5-seater SUV known as the MG EHS. The MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid combines performance and efficiency with roomy interiors and a dynamic design. True to its name, the MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid provides the best of both worlds. With the EHS the brand has also showcased its fully electric hatchback the MG 4.

MG EHS Plug In Hybrid
The MG EHS plugin hybrid has a striking radiator grille with a huge logo in the middle and a lot of chrome trim. The SUV boasts LED headlights with u-shaped DRLs. Large LED fog lamps with a chrome outline are featured on the front bumper. As we move to the side profile, the SUV's body lines become more curved, improving the overall stance of the vehicle. Additionally, the wheel arches and lower treatment of the side profile are blackened out. Two exhaust pipes, LED taillamps, a blacked-out bumper, and a silver skid plate are all added to the SUV's rear.
The interior of the SUV gets a premium touch with a 10.1-inch touchscreen display and a digital instrument console is installed inside the SUV. Two rectangular ac vents with chrome trim are shown below. However, the ones on the sides resembles the turbine. The SUV also gets a big panoramic sunroof, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, automatic climate control, ADAS safety features among other features.
Offering the best of both worlds is the MG EHS Plug-in Hybrid. The driving system combines a powerful gasoline engine, an electric motor, and a battery pack for maximum efficiency, power, and range. The hybrid's combined power output of 258 PS that enables it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 6.9 seconds.

Verdict: MG is considering the EHS Plug In Hybrid SUV for the Indian market. The SUV will be a good alternative for people who don't want a complete electric vehicle.
