MG Motors India launched their unique product exploration platform called MG eXpert which aims to provide a holistic purchase experience to its customers. This has been made possible with the intersection of humans and AR technology.
The entire platform will run on MG Motor Indias new phase of technology called Eccentric Engines Experience Manager Tool. This tool aims to bring the best of audio and visual content, and thereby bridge the gap between virtual interactions and face-to-face interactions.

This live streaming AR-on vehicle will allow customers to see the actual color palate and accessories of the car before making their final purchase. Customers can also connect with MG eXperts to help with their purchase decision, and step-by-step guidance to the on-road price, expected delivery date, variant comparisons, etc. Customers can also book a test drive at their nearest local MG dealership via the MG eXpert.
