MG Motor today morning launched its second product, the ZS EV at a starting price of Rs 19.88 lakh for the Excite trim and Exclusive gets a sticker price of Rs 22.58 lakh. Well, these prices are for buyers who booked it before 17th Jan 2020 and new bookings sit at a premium of a lakh above. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi. Now, what's new is that we got our hands on the accessories of MG ZS EV and we explain it all.
In this video given below, we see chrome packages and other add-ons which come as official accessories for the MG ZS EV. Owners can buy them from the showroom itself.
For starters, at the front, we see "Morris Garages" written on the top of the bonnet in chrome letters. This shouts that the brand is asking for attention but then it looks really good. We have seen Range Rover using this technique.
Chrome Package On Headlights and Taillights
This is available in two parts. The first one sticks at the top part of the headlight and then the second part is covered at the side profile of the headlamps. At the rear, the chrome sticks to the outer part of the taillights.
Bumper Protector
This helps in protecting the side profile of the bumper from the scratches. Also, you see the brand's name on the protector. It adds a premium-ness to the electric SUV and these are available on all four ends of the front and rear bumper.
MG Badge Side Profile
There is also a brand monicker present at the side profile of the SUV. It basically increases the style statement of the SUV and just that! A showpiece, that's what we like to call.
Door Visor
Some call it rain visors too so MG is providing this as an accessory for the recently launched ZS EV. It comes with the MG branding and adds to the aesthetic appeal.
Chrome Beading
Now you will find this accessory just above the door visors. The chrome lines run across the window lines. Honestly, too much chrome is tacky but this gives the ZS EV a premium look.
Sunshades
With the scorching sun and summers approaching, we think to provide sunshades as an accessory is a thumbs up. All four doors receive this feature and the manual sunshades can be removed too.
Door Protectors
Now, this looks premium in the car and MG is providing these as an accessory. This is quite an important one as they protect the door paint when you've parked your car next to What they do is protect the paint of the door when you park the car next to the wall or any car is parked next to your EV.

Woah! This came out as a surprise for us too but the manufacturer is providing this as an accessory so you and your loved ones enjoy cold drinks. Or you can keep any of the refrigerated products too.
Chrome door plate on boot space
This chrome accessory looks premium and is situated on the boot.
Driver Fatigue Alarm System
This is not seen on many cars as of now but it functions perfectly. What it does is observe the driver's eyes continuously and whenever there is an uneasy moment from the driver then it'll make a beeping sound.
