The Meraki S7 will retain all the features available with the Ninety One Cycles debut electric cycle, the Meraki. In addition, itll have an updated gear system, pedal-assist, and a new LCD screen.
Ninety One Cycles has launched its second electric cycle in India priced at Rs. 34,999. The Meraki S7 promises to offer a comfortable city riding experience. Itll carry on the same features available with the cycle-makers debut make in India electric cycle, the Meraki including the same 6.36 AH Panasonic battery that is good for a range of 22-35 km.

However, the Meraki S7 gets additional equipment such as a Shimano Tourney 7-speed gearset 5-model pedal assist, and a smart LCD that indicates the speed for the user's convenience. It also gets 160 mm disc brakes and the wheels are wrapped in Hi-Traction Nylon tires.
Present at the launch was the co-founder and CEO of Ninety One cycles, Mr. Sachin Chopra. He said, With Meraki S7, our objective is to introduce a well-designed, engineering-led E-bike to address the needs of urban mobility for the consumer looking to ride 30-40 km per day. . We are among the few players in the industry, who are driving product innovation and we are confident that the addition of the all-new Meraki S7 will strengthen the E-bike portfolio and further enhance customer experience. The lock and key make it tamper-proof whereas E-brakes and throttle will enable safety and comfort.

Ninety One Cycles recently closed its Series A funding of US $ 30 million with marquee investors like Avana Capital, Titan Capital, A91 Partners, and Fireside Ventures. This amount will go into developing more electric cycles from Ninety One Cycles Gujrat facility. Currently, the Indian company is valued at Rs. 1000 crore.
