Nissan India is sailing in the Indian market with just the Kicks and that too is facing stiff competition. To improve its presence, Nissan India is coming with the Magnite which has been unveiled today globally. The Nissan Magnite comes with a ton of segment-first and best-in-class features and is expected to give tough days to its rivals.
Nissan Magnite will come with as much as 20+ best-in-class and first-in-segment features. Talking about the design, it has stayed true to the concept with the design elements. We get a big chrome grille at the front flanked with all-LED headlights. All the lights of the Magnite are all LEDs which include LED headlights, LED turn indicators, LED DRLs and LED fog lamps. The bonnet is high set and we also get skid plates to give that extra SUV appeal.
Moving to the side profile, we have got 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and body cladding all around the Magnite. The roof rails on the Magnite are functional and can take up to 50 kg of weight. Moreover, Nissan Magnite offers a ground clearance of 205mm and 336 litres of boot space. Moving to the rear profile, we have wraparound taillights with the Magnite insignia in the centre whereas Turbo and CVT badges are placed on the boot lip.
The interiors of the Nissan Magnite are impressive and brings in loads of tech. We have 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play, fully-digital 7.0-inch instrument cluster, cruise control, automatic climate control, multi-functional steering wheel, air purifier, ambient lighting and much more. Being in the Nissan Magnite is a great experience too, thanks to the segment-best legroom and shoulder room.

Talking about other safety and nifty features, we have got dual airbags, vehicle dynamic control, EBD, ABS, rear parking sensors, 360-degree parking camera, traction control, hill start assist (HSA) and a lot more. Nissan will offer the Magnite with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine which will come mated to an Xtronic CVT. Nissan hasn't revealed the power and torque figures of the engine yet which are expected to get unveiled later. Nissan India has unveiled the Magnite today whereas the launch is expected to happen this festive season.
