The co-founder of Ola Electric has shared the images of the companys first electric car on his social media handle. The official details are yet to be confirmed.
In a hush-hush manner, the founder of Ola Electric, Bhavish Aggarwal has shared the first image of the companys upcoming electric car. The concept model will be a bit different in production form, however, the nature of the vehicle was definite. The upcoming EV will have a hatchback or a Van body style. The exact dimensions are still unclear, but the futuristic outlook is fairly evident.
The reveal was made on the lines of a response to a tweet before. Wherein, a customer had shared a photo of the S1 and the Tata Nexon Dark EV Dark Edition in his garage, saying Now the BLACK EV FAMILY got completed,@bhash @OlaElectric @TataMotors_Cars. Bhavish Aggrawal tagged that photo and said, Next car replacement should be the Ola electric car. Just a day after that tweet, he revealed the concept photo of the companys upcoming four-wheeler, the name of which is yet unknown.

The picture shows the car in a white silver body, with a tall, swooped-up window screen that neatly integrates into the roof, giving way for a sunroof per se. The Z-lined shoulder line, with the pillars neatly integrated into the window sill, gives it a clean look.
The smooth outlines characterize the nature of the car, which helps give it a low aerodynamic drag coefficiency, which in turn increases the range of the vehicle. The case in point is the Mercedes Benz EQXX, which has a drag coefficiency of 0.17, this translates down its energy efficiency of 10 kWh per 100 km.
Prices will likely comply with government regulations, thereby eligible for subsidies and incentives in various states of India. The exact date of the launch of the new Ola Electric car is not available as of yet. But expect the car to release sometime in 2023, and the announcements to happen before that in late-2022. Post-launch, Ola Electric's car will compete against the Tata Nexon EV, Tata Altroz EV, and the Mahindra XUV 300 electric.
